This policy explains what personal information ALLSHEDS & More collects, why we collect it, how we look after it and what your rights are. We only collect what we need to answer your enquiries and make, deliver and install your building.
Who we are

What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, phone number, the subject and your message.
- Add Your Photo form: your name, email address, phone number, your message and the photos you upload, together with your consent for us to use them.
- Quotes and orders: your name, address, phone number, email address, delivery address and the details of the building you’ve ordered.
- Emails and phone calls: whatever you choose to tell us when you get in touch.
How we use it, and our lawful basis
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote: steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
- To make, deliver and install your order, and to look after your guarantee: performance of a contract.
- To show your photos in our gallery and on our website: your consent, which you give when you tick the consent box.
- To keep records of orders and payments: legal obligation, for example tax and accounting rules.
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for marketing.
Payments
We don’t take payments online. You pay by bank transfer, or in person on our card machine, and your card details are handled by the card machine provider. We don’t store your card details.
Your photos
When you send us photos through the Add Your Photo form, you confirm that you have permission to share them and that you consent to us using them for publication and promotion. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing info@allsheds.co.uk and we’ll remove them from our website.
We look at every photo before it goes on the website, so there may be a short delay before yours appears in the gallery.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with the services that help us run the business, and only as far as they need it. Our website is hosted and maintained by our web agency, We Get Digital, on servers in the UK. Your emails are handled by our email provider, and card payments made in person are processed by our card machine provider.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries that don’t lead to an order for 12 months. Order and payment records are kept for 6 years, as tax and accounting rules require. Gallery photos are kept until you ask us to remove them.
Keeping it safe
We take sensible steps to protect your information, and we only let people who need it see it.

Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
- ask us to correct anything that’s wrong
- ask us to delete your information
- ask us to restrict or stop using it, or object to how we use it
- ask for your information in a format you can take elsewhere
- withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on it

Complaints
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, please tell us first and we’ll do our best to put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
