These terms apply when you order a garden building or other product from ALLSHEDS & More. Please read them before you place your order. If anything isn’t clear, just ask.
1. About us

2. Quotes and orders
- Every building is made to the specification we agree with you, so please check the size, layout and details on your quote before ordering.
- Optional extras are priced individually and quoted on request.
- Lead times are quoted at the time of your order.
3. Deposit and payment
- A deposit of 20% of the order value is payable when you place your order.
- The balance is paid on the day of delivery, once your building has been installed.
- You can pay by bank transfer, or by card on our card machine on the day.
- We don’t take payments through our website.
4. Cancellations
If you cancel within 48 hours of placing your order, we’ll refund your deposit in full.
If you cancel more than 48 hours after placing your order, we’re not able to refund the deposit. By then we’ll have bought and cut the timber for your building and started making it.
5. Delivery and installation
- Delivery and installation are free of charge across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire.
- We don’t deliver outside these three counties.
- Our team will agree a delivery date with you.
We’ll talk through anything you need to do before delivery day, such as access to the site, when you place your order.
6. Site visits
For corner buildings and bespoke builds, we’ll arrange a free, no-obligation site visit to measure the space.
7. Our guarantee
All our buildings are fully guaranteed for 2 years from the date of installation. If anything goes wrong in that time, we’ll sort it out.
The guarantee covers the building we made and installed. It doesn’t cover anything not built by ALLSHEDS & More, for example a base prepared by someone else, alterations made by others, or damage caused after installation.
After 2 years, we’re still local and you can call us in at any time. We can quote for any repair.
8. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website on the date you place your order is the one that applies to it.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
